Our guiding motto when planning programmes is: “We deliver everything we promise!” We have a thorough understanding of everything we offer in our programmes, allowing us to credibly state what travellers can expect, for whom the journey is suitable, and when is the best time for the chosen travel. All routes and tours, accommodations, and transportation options are thoroughly tested to contribute to a good experience for travellers, regardless of their preferred travel style. Travel plans are carefully selected so that travellers can enjoy them and focus on what interests them the most. We aim to simplify logistics by selecting accommodation locations and planned tours or activities to minimise waiting in crowds or unnecessary long journeys. This way, there is more time for enjoying the travel experiences. For all tours, you can discuss the timing and duration with the RTS agency representative or guide, allowing us to better adapt to your daily energy levels, comfort, habits, and desires. Of course, unforeseen events can occur, and in such cases, the travel plan is adjusted, always providing suitable alternatives. If we need to change the promised accommodation, the new one will be of at least the same or often even higher quality. If any tours or activities cannot be conducted due to force majeure (e.g., traffic or weather issues), we will replace them with something of at least equal value in agreement with you. With our experience and connections in Egypt, we have always successfully resolved every challenge to our guests’ satisfaction.

We offer good value for your money for each travel style and prepared programmes.
We do not believe in cheap marketing tricks that use big words and low prices only to make you pay a lot of extras during the trip or vacation. With us, you get what is stated in the programme and what we agree upon. We already provide what we believe everyone should experience on the chosen journey. For more challenging or expensive activities (such as a trip to Abu Simbel), we offer you a choice and carry them out in agreement with you and at an additional cost. Our representatives can recommend numerous additional activities during the trip based on your available time and energy levels. Some are free, such as visits to markets, craft workshops and shops (alabaster, papyrus, perfumes, carpets), city walks, and meetings with locals. Others require an additional fee, such as a hot air balloon ride in Luxor, sound and light shows at pyramids or temples, or quad bike trips to the desert and other trips not included in the programme. For all services, we always ensure high quality, suitable for the chosen travel style, and a fair price.
*There is a choice between two travel styles for some trips and vacations, while others are offered in only one version. For some, it is a combination of different styles, which can be discerned from the description and what is included in the price (types of accommodation and transportation). Bedouin camps and Nubian houses are not categorised, but they offer a unique experience and are included in our programmes.
