Best time to travel: October, November, and December, as well as March, April, and May; September and June can be quite hot; January and February can be windy and cooler (below 20°C near the sea), camping is not recommended in July and August due to the heat.

You will not be bored on this journey, as there will be plenty of opportunities for swimming and hiking, all of which can be tailored to your abilities and physical fitness. Your journey begins in Sharm el-Sheikh, where you will equip yourself with everything needed for the trip. Camping on the beach in Ras Mohammed National Park will amaze you with its coral reefs, colourful fish less than twenty meters from your tent, pristine coral reefs nearby, and walks along the sandy beach. Then, your path takes you into the heart of the rocky mountains to St. Catherine, where, in addition to shorter walks, you can also climb Mount Sinai and watch the sunrise. The exciting jeep ride through the colourful desert, descent, and walk through the White Canyon, followed by a rest in a green oasis, lead you back to the sea. On the coast of Abu Galum National Park, there is another opportunity for snorkelling, and at the end, you will take a walk along the picturesque coastal path to the famous Blue Hole. You will conclude your journey by wandering through Dahab, an easygoing town with a seaside promenade full of cafes, restaurants, and shops.
